Aston Martin confirms that the DBX will be available with an AMG V8 engine

Aston Martin is one of the few luxury companies that does not yet own an SUV in its fleet alongside Ferrari, but this will change next year when DBX launches.

The company announced this week that its next car will be available with a 4.0-liter V-4 turbocharged V12 instead of the V12, the engine of the Mercedes-Benz AMG, which produces 503 hp and is part of the partnership between the two companies until 2021.

Aston Martin expects the DBX to be the top-selling vehicle in its fleet and to exceed 3,850 cars per year and expects sales to reach more than 10 by 2021.
