Erdogan reveals details of Khashoggi killing case

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan is to address a meeting with members of the Justice and Development Party of the Turkish Parliament to uncover the whole truth about the killing of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi.

In remarks made yesterday, the Turkish president promised to “make all the necessary statements regarding the killing of Khashoggi.”

This comes in the light of reports and press information that Turkey is about to disclose the results of the investigation into the killing of a Saudi journalist, who is notorious for his criticism of Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.

The leaks, obtained by the Turkish media from security sources, revealed the arrival of a 15-person Saudi team to the consulate in Istanbul on the same day as the killing of Khashoggi, and speculation about the team’s responsibility for the killing of the Saudi dissident journalist.

A summary of Erdogan’s speech on the murder case of Jamal Khashoggi

The crime took place in Saudi territory because it happened inside the consulate but the consulate inside the Turkish border.

International laws do not allow the commission of crimes under the name of diplomacy.

What happened is a brutal crime that can’t be obliterated.

Concealing any information will hurt the conscience of humanity to the world.

We await cooperation with the Saudi authorities in this context.

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has taken an important step at this stage.

Saudi Arabia should prosecute the killers fairly.

There’s evidence that it’s a planned crime, not a spontaneous conflict.

Evidence indicates 15+3 people have come to Istanbul, we must know Why this team met in Istanbul? and
Who ordered these group of 15+3 people to assemble in Istanbul?.

Erdogan Consular on his speach why were Saudi Arabia opened for inspection after days and not immediately? and Where’s the dead body?.

The delivery of the body was announced to a local collaborator with them, who is this local collaborator?.

I believe in the goodwill of King Salman and I believe he will cooperate with us, I believe that an investigation by a neutral committee is necessary and important and All persons must be interrogated.

International law and Islamic rights all have to disclose this crime.

Turkish and international law emphasizes the necessity of investigating and holding criminals accountable.
I propose to try the 18 in Turkey and leave this proposal to Saudi Arabia.
