Although most types of vegetables and fruits are rich in carotenoids, some believe that red or orange is the one that contains carotenoids, but in fact some of them may not have these colors but are also rich in them, such as green vegetables.
The health and nutrition authorities recommend that women take a daily ration of one and a half cups of fruit, two cups to two and a half cups of vegetables, and a cup of two to two cups of fruit and two and a half to three vegetables.
