Geely launches new flying cars The Terrafugia TF-X & TF-2 soon
Terrafugia, owned by Geely, said it would start receiving orders for its flying cars in October.
The TF-X has a distinctive design, able to move on the ground as a standard two-person vehicle, capable of flying and taking off vertically, like helicopters.
This unique vehicle comes with hybrid 300-horsepower gasoline-electric engines, a pair of side-mounted side fans for vertical take-off and a rear-mounted propeller and steering fan.
The first model will be delivered to customers in 2019 and the modified TF-2 models will be on sale in 2023.
