Google apologizes to YouTube TV subscribers and gives them a free week after the platform stops

google offered its apologies to YouTube TV’s paid subscribers after its platform stopped working a days ago for about two hours, and said that it would give subscribers a free week after this stop as compensation, which is the case with its other paid subscribers in YouTube Music.

“We are sorry for the unexpected imbalance that affected the suspension on October 16,” the company said in a letter sent to the participants.

“We love TV as you like it, and our goal is to make sure you have access to all the offers and events that interest you anytime and anywhere. To make this possible, we will give you a free week of service. ”

The value of the free week is approximately $10, and according to the company the Subscriber can get it on October 25 at 9:50 am by filling the attached application and sending it to the company.
