Medical warning against the use of artificial sweeteners
Scientists have struggled for decades to discover the main negative effects of artificial plants on the human body.
So far, researchers have conducted more than 210,000 different studies on the effects of artificial sweeteners on health, but none have found definitive results on the adverse effects of substances used in non-natural sugar substitutes.
The only thing that can be confirmed is that artificial sweeteners do not cause cancer, according to a report published by Science Alert.
However, a recent study by scientists from Singapore warned against the use of artificial sweeteners for substances that pose a threat to human health.
He advised those who study to stay away from artificial sweeteners, and «use natural sugar because it is less harmful».
The research indicated that some of the most common artificial sweeteners may interfere with the way the beneficial intestinal bacteria function.
The researchers tested all six localities that the US Food and Drug Administration considered “safe” and confirmed that all artificial sweeteners had a toxic effect on the stomach because it prevented some beneficial bacteria from growing and multiplying.
It can also interfere with normal sugar processing in the body.
Another recent study suggests that consumption of artificial sweeteners increases the risk of diseases such as obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure and strokes.
