Rain of olivine precious stones in Hawaii

Kilawia volcano on Hawaii’s big island, revolted 5 weeks ago, took out precious oleace stones, which locals find on the streets and beaches.

Small green gems, found in igneous rocks, were fired during the eruption of the volcano. Local residents call the oligarch “small stones of Kelawia”. And assert that their island is now experiencing a rain of these stones.

The geology of the University of Hawaii, Cheryl Ganski, who is studying the composition of Kelawia lava, confirmed that the discovered gems are related to eruptions of the volcano.

It should be noted that the price of high-quality olivine is about $ 450 per carat.
