Experts from the New York State Academy of Nutrition and Nutrition said that the most useful snack at night is a combination of nuts, and some bread can be eaten with a teaspoon or a large amount of peanut butter, as well as cheese, sweet cherries, almonds, cashews and walnuts.

Experts say that metabolism slows down at night, so before going to bed, you should choose a snack, so that the body has time to digest it.

Nutritionists believe that feeling hungry late in the evening can be a sign of undernutrition during the day. Also, eating a night snack can be a reaction from the body to stress, emotional experiences, usually or even boredom.
