This hotel in Japan offers rooms for cats
One of Japan’s traditional hotels has gained widespread fame and has made huge profits by creating a cat-rental service in its modest rooms.
The hotel has a kotokafe, where tourists can play with their pets for 1800 yen (about $ 15), so their owners decided to expand their business and offer a cat-rental service for 800 yen per cat per hour, about $ 7.
This submerged hotel in Hakone also faced a record demand that exceeded all expectations even outside the peak times of the flow of tourists, whether local or foreign.
As for the hotel sector, this service is innovative and unusual even in Japan, where there are more than 150 companies in Tokyo such as Cats Shop, the Neko no Mise cat shop that provides cats and pets for homes.
