Cristiano Ronaldo accused of rape!!

Cristiano Ronaldo’s lawyers said they would file a lawsuit against German magazine Der Spiegel after publishing unlicensed charges alleging that the new Juventus star raped a women in 2009.

Lawyer Christian Schertz said that the report of the German magazine spoke of illegal suspicions in terms of human rights, and therefore Ronaldo demanded compensation for the damage he suffered.

Ronaldo is one of the brightest footballers in the world and has been named the best player of five times and moved from Real Madrid to Juventus last summer for 100 million euros in a resounding deal.

The new Ronaldo team declined to comment on Der Spiegel’s report.

The alleged rape was committed in June 2009 in a hotel room in Las Vegas.

The lawyer, Leslie Mark Stoval said that the complainant Catherine Mayorga had never talked about the alleged sexual assault, and the Portuguese star gave her 375 thousand dollars to keep silent.

According to the press report, the alleged victim filed a lawsuit to overturn the agreement she had signed with Ronaldo and required her not to disclose what happened in the “dramatic incident”.

The lawyer pointed out that the aim of the lawsuit is Ronaldo’s accountability in a civil court for the wounds caused to the victim, and the resulting consequences.

In contrast, Ronaldo’s lawyer intends to seek compensation commensurate with the amount of moral damage suffered by Ronaldo from the publication of the report aimed at his own life.

In the meantime, the deputy editor of the German magazine, Alfred Venzerel, said that “Der Spiegel” addressed written questions to the lawyers and management of Ronaldo’s work before the publication of the report.

For her part, Catherine said she was tired of what happened to her, so I decided to get rid of the agreement signed many years ago and then felt very regretted.
